I’m a mom to a wonderful 21-year-old daughter and a wife of two years to an incredible husband. Our family includes Chubbz, our lovable 9-year-old English bulldog, who brings joy to our home in Virginia.
Over the years, I’ve gained valuable experience by owning my own fitness business, running a Shopify store, and managing an eBay store specializing in print-on-demand and drop shipping. I’ve also had the pleasure of managing social media for various businesses and creating user-friendly websites that resonate with their audience.
As a certified QuickBooks user and skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel, I’m well-equipped to manage your emails and calendars effectively. For my fellow fitness coaches, I offer specialized support including admin assistance, content creation, client communication, scheduling, and progress tracking.
